Graduation Calendars & Key Dates

The deadlines in these calendars indicate when:

• Doctoral students must file paperwork with their school office (acceptance page, thesis & dissertation release/embargo form, and doctoral completion survey certificate), apply for graduation in Enroll & Pay, and submit the dissertation electronically. Graduates may also participate in the Doctoral Hooding Ceremony.
• Master's students must file paperwork with their school office (acceptance page and thesis & dissertation release/embargo form), apply for graduation in Enroll & Pay, and submit the thesis electronically.

*These deadlines apply to graduate students on the Lawrence and Edwards Campuses. Students who intend to graduate must check with their schools for additional deadlines and requirements.
