Graduation Calendars & Key Dates

The deadlines in these calendars indicate when:

• Doctoral students must file paperwork with their school office (title page, acceptance page, ETD release form, and doctoral completion survey receipt), apply for graduation in Enroll & Pay, and submit the dissertation electronically. Graduates may also participate in the Doctoral Hooding Ceremony.

• Master's students must file paperwork with their school office (title page, acceptance page, and ETD release form), apply for graduation in Enroll & Pay, and submit the thesis electronically.

*These deadlines apply to graduate students on the Lawrence and Edwards Campuses. Students who intend to graduate must check with their schools for additional deadlines and requirements.
