Non-employment Fellowship Registration

Please use the button below to access the Non-Employment Fellowship Registration Form. 

This form should be used when a fellowship meets the following:

• Is awarded directly to a student (e.g., ACLS Dissertation Innovation Fellowship, American Heart Association Predoctoral Fellowship, KUEA funded school level or departmental fellowship), and
• Requires KU to administer the stipend and/or tuition and fee support, and
• Provide a stipend amount at a level intended to replace employment or qualify the student for the Student Health Insurance for Fellows and Trainees

Only fellowships meeting these criteria must be registered through this process.

Once a registration form has been submitted, one of our staff will reach out with additional information and guidance.
